Yes. We work with charter yachts across both the USVI and BVI. Because inter-island and cross-border logistics vary, we'll confirm any travel details when you inquire so everything is clear up front including travel costs. With that said, a shoot in the USVI is preferred.

We strongly believe in order to accurately portray the charter experience, we need to have the shoot take place off-dock at a scenic location. If this is not possible, we can conduct the shoot on dock or at anchor as well.

Yes, the crew's presence is needed for access, staging, and safety if off-dock, but we'll coordinate the specifics with you when scheduling if this may be an issue. If the vessel is docked, someone doesn’t necessarily have to be present.

We'll work with you to either reschedule the full shoot if the conditions are not suitable for a shoot, such as consistent pouring rain or total cloud cover. Living in the USVI, we understand how unpredictable the forecast can be days away, so we don't charge to reschedule for weather or instances out of your control.

Final edited photos and videos from our Bundles are delivered within 24-48 hours of your shoot. You'll receive via email a private gallery link where you can download originals in a web-optimized format. Note: Promo videos can take 5-7 days for delivery.

Aerial photos and video are included in the Ocean Bundle and captured by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot. Drone operation is condition-dependent — we won't fly in unsafe weather or restricted airspace. If conditions don't allow it on shoot day, we'll work out the best way to still get your aerial coverage.

When you book a shoot with us, you get a license to use the delivered photos and video across your listing platforms (such as Central Yacht Agent), your own website, your social media accounts, and your printed marketing materials. However, the media cannot be sold or transferred to another party to use without them purchasing a license prior to use. Per our Website Terms of Use, MEDIABOOST.VI retains copyright on all content, and use beyond what's covered in your license agreement requires written consent.
