The Island Bundle is built for larger homes and villas and includes 45–75 HDR photos, 4 drone photos, 3 drone video clips, and either a walkthrough video or one reel. The standard rate of $795 for the Island Bundle is for 3 and 4 bedroom properties. If your property is larger than 4 bedrooms a surcharge will apply and can be purchased at the time of booking as an Add-On. If your property is a 3 bedroom condo (such as at Anchorage in St. Thomas) please reach out for a discount code.

Yes — both bundles include aerial photos and at least one drone video clip, captured by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot. Aerial coverage is condition-dependent, meaning we won't fly in unsafe weather or restricted airspace. If we can't fly on your scheduled shoot day, we'll reschedule the aerial portion at no charge.

If your property is located in the “0” zone on this map, we will need at least a 4 day notice prior to the shoot to make an appointment with the St. Thomas airport. Please inquire with any questions or concerns.

Before we arrive, the property should be guest-ready: beds made, surfaces clear, dishes put away, blinds open, lights on, fans off and personal items stored. We can send a full prep checklist after you book, upon request. We also provide on-site staging assistance, furniture-straightening and de-cluttering recommendations during the shoot — it's included in every package.

No — it is not necessary to be present for the entire shoot, or even at arrival. As long as we have access to the property (a lockbox code, smart lock, key handoff with a property manager or neighbor, or similar), our photographer can complete the shoot independently. If you'd like to be there for any part of it — to unlock specific areas, walk us through special features, or just say hello — you're welcome to, but it's never required.

Shoot length depends on your bundle. The Beach Bundle (up to 2 bedrooms) takes approximately 2 hours on-site. The Island Bundle (3–4 bedrooms) takes approximately 3–4 hours. Properties with 5+ bedrooms typically run about 4 hours. We'll confirm an estimated time window when you book so you can plan your day around it.

Final edited photos and videos from our Bundles are delivered within 24-48 hours of your shoot. You'll receive via email a private gallery link where you can download originals in a web-optimized format. Note: Promo videos can take 5-7 days for delivery.

We'll work with you to either reschedule the full shoot if the conditions are not suitable for a shoot, such as consistent pouring rain or total cloud cover. Living in the USVI, we understand how unpredictable the forecast can be days away, so we don't charge to reschedule for weather or instances out of your control.

We are based on St. Thomas, but we shoot across all four U.S. Virgin Islands — St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix. For that, St. Thomas shoots have no travel charge. but the other islands shoots incur a travel fee to cover ferry or inter-island travel costs and time, which we'll go over before you book.

An FPV (First-Person View) Flythrough is a cinematic drone video that smoothly flies through your property's interior and exterior in one continuous shot, creating an immersive experience for potential guests or buyers.

Yes. FPV drones are highly sensitive to wind. If conditions are too windy on the day of your shoot, exterior flight operations may be limited or rescheduled for safety.

Our other typical drones are also affected by wind, but have much more tolerance.

Per our Website Terms of Use, MEDIABOOST.VI retains copyright on all content, and use beyond what's covered in your license agreement requires written consent. No. Your license is for your own use to market your specific property and business. Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing the photos to home owners, property managers, real estate agents, or stock sites requires a separate written license agreement. This protects both your investment and the original content.

Yes. drone pilots of MBVI are FAA Part 107 certified. Hiring an unlicensed pilot for commercial use and using illegal drone media puts you at risk, not just the pilot, even after the flight is over.
